WWFIRST Workshops

Mentors, students, and families alike gather to attend conference style sessions and mingle with light refreshments. Session proposals are open to any topic, and may be run multiple times in the day. All community members (students, families, volunteers, mentors) are welcome to propose conference sessions.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length, and run in two time slots: 9:30-10:20 and 10:30-11:20

FRC Challenge Launch

Attendees gather over lunch to watch the live season release virtually, and pick up their team’s robotics kits at one of 10 exclusive official kickoff events in the province.

In REBUILT™ presented by Haas, a new challenge releasing January 10, 2026,  FIRST^® Robotics Competition teams will use engineering skills and re-imagine the past. Every artifact we uncover holds a story. Each tool, each innovation, each work of art connects us to the people and ideas that came before us. Using STEM skills and teamwork, today we can dig deeper into discoveries than ever before.
